man, if i wasnt trying so damn hard to be disciplined with my eating, i bet i could put away at least 500g of protein easily. id eat 2 lbs beef(190g protein) half gallon of milk(64g protein) mixxed with 8 scoops of whey, lol(200g protein), 1 lb cottage cheese(about 50g protein) , all that there would be 504g of protein. after that im sure i would be so bloated, id hit the beach, put a light on my head, go out to sea, and be one of those bouyies that ships watch out for, for a few days.
