1. I walk over to the squat rack to do some squats.... Theres a guy lieing underneath the bar doing sit ups/crunches, then gets one of those big bouncy balls (dont know what their called) and starts doing some crazy shit on that, so i left him to it and went on to bench instead, he must have been doing this for about 40 mins, so i didnt even get my squats in today
dude just say to him would you mind moving over so I can do squats in this squat rack, theres enough floor space elsewere. Why should his moronic bullshit be the reason for you to fuck up your workout????????????????????
