More comments on physique from men or women?

Personally I have more women approach me and tell me that they think I look fab!

and take a UK size 6-10 (US 4-8)

I need the bigger size in tailored jackets, non-strechy stuff to fit my MASSIVE shoulders, back and arms LOL

Hmm, I tend to get a lot more men than women complimenting me. I defintely get more respect from them at the gym, women usually give me 'looks' lol :D

I have people try to grab my waist or poke it, which is kind of annoying.

I NEVER like to wear shorts ... ever ... and rarely ever wear a skirt/dress. This has always been an issue with me... And I have great legs ... maybe this year, who knows :)

Off season people ask if I'm a power lifter. As I start to cut up, I get comments on my bis & back all the time. Calves constantly. I actually have a hilarious pic from the 2005 Arnold w/ Quincy Taylor.

Mostly women who just started training are scared of me & the guys want to compare biceps.

Big goal this year is to cut down some in general.
 
I do get lots of compliments on my "physique", but I'm one of those skinny fat people who looks good in clothes (I'm 5ft 5" and wear a size 2) but then can't wear a bikini without looking gross. I will say though since I started eating clean and working out, I do have much better definition in my arms and less love handles. I just have to lean out a bit more for my stomach, thighs and hips to cooperate. Meanwhile, I can accept I'm a work-in-progress![/QUOTE]
Maybe it has something to do with eating less than the required calories for a woman each day!!!! As I said before, makes you store fat!!!

Sweetpea, take a look at burn the fat FEED THE MUSCLE

and you keep starving yourself!! Is your diet easy to stick to? ARe you enjoying it?

Hey, I like my gym, really close to my house, and what is that expression

'you don't sh*t wear you eat'!

He has a great girlfriend I really like! Hey the sisters need to stick together, and that means NOT messing with another woman's man!!!

I have already gone out with one of the guys in the gym, it was a BIG MISTAKE!! Also see my above rule that I BROKE. BAD BAD KARMA!!!!!
He was the biggest guy, pushed the most weights, and he was also the BIGGEST FC-UKing see you next tuesday I have ever met!!

He helped me to get into shape, and a month before my first proper comp, picked up two extra young men training partners (have you ever tried to train with 4 people on a regular basis).

AND he told me "You may look good as a BB, but you look S**T as a woman"

ANyway, he has hardly trained now for ages, his diet has always been rubbish, and he is just looks like a big fat bloater as he is probably still on his 4000-5000 kcal diet/day!!!!

oH I could go on, but really, I learned some really important lessons, and the experience made me stronger, not only physicallly!!!!
 
I dont' think we aren't listening but if it does anythign for you I'm 40 as well.

Roony has been tweeking her diet lately. She's gone from around 1500 calories a day (which wasn't doing shit for her), to about 1200-1300 calories a day. She's trying to find what works for her. She's got a great clean diet and is dedicated in the gym. This is just one of those instances that what works for someone, may not work for her. She's definitley trying!
