y'all would kill me if you knew what my diet has looked like for the past couple of weeks... i'm starting my diet today... gonna low carb and then every 5th day or so high carb it... ask mustang i talkto him all the time... good bro and extremely knowledageable, plus he points out the little crap that everyone should know... i won't be happy till i see my abs at leats one time in my life heheh
