Jimmy, just to be clear I was saying a week off after a month on, person dependent- aka possible prolactin or other sides. 5 on 2 off sounds good, but I would think u wouldn't want that dip, would want to stay on get full effects and break longer later? and let homeostasis return fully?
I've run sarms, and almost always on peptides, and even I (no sides from anything really) have encountered (very very minor) cortisol sides from nandrolone and peptides. So that was my only reason for thinking maybe a week off after a month on would make sure to stave off Any possibility of sides, no matter what else may or may not be in the arsenal.
