carb sense bar

Meal 3
shake

Meal 4
shake
1C berries

Meal 5
2 whole eggs

I'm sorry for the slacking ladies, I feel bad that I started this new journal and I just don't have the time to update it daily. My diet has been good, and training is great, getting stronger :) I gained a pound, haha.

LOL No my weight is maintaining at like 103-104lbs.

Here is what my diet was looking like last week (I ate the same thing everyday)

Meal 1
grapefruit
1 whole egg/ 3 egg whites

Meal 2
3oz chicken
large green salad
1tbsp flaxseed oil

Meal 3
1 1/2C of broccoli
3oz salmon

Meal 4(post workout)
shake
1/3C cream of oatbran
1/2C blueberries
1/2C strawberries

Meal 5
3oz carrots
1/2 can of tuna

Meal 6
shake
fibersmart
1 tbsp fish oil

*in the middle of the night* 2 tbsp almond butter

twice it was a carb sense protein bar though, cause I didn't have any almond butter.

Had a phootshoot today. The video was cancelled for now.
