Wow... Last rep of my last of my second 295 was a great fight, almost dumped it on the safety racks, my goal is to get 1x3 with 3 plates, really trying to up the weight on these bad larrys

did some leg extensions and calf raises called it a day.
 
Dude I need to get a digi camera first, I wouldnt add them to your program though. You need to have a bench press exceeding 275 to do them, sorry man its tragic I know.

You are a funny man mike. Haha seriously nice work on 2x3x295 on front though. I am following andalite's routine but without fronts, I might have to put them back in.

6 days till cast is off.
 
So Andy do you have any idea where I should go one I heal, my OH press and bench have probably suffered but not by alot.
