after board presses i tried on my bench shirt tonite to get the feel.
3 board press up to 1rm(tried caps and I LOVE EM!----------300lb(not sure but think round 45lbpr) tried 310 but manda had to help get off the bottom.
warmed up w/shirt on boards then tried to see what i could get to touch. i did 265lb and i still had bout an inch to touch, didnt go higher.(already 5lb more than bench pr)
push press 4 sets 4 w/155lb
bb rows w/narrow unerhand grip 3 sets 5 w/185 superset w/close gr pull ups
overhead db ext 4 sets 12(all i had was a 50lb db)
lat raises front/side/rear---- 2 sets of 10ea w/10lb db
i was really pleased w/the 3 board and w/first time havin the shirt on.
