You can also by the quaker instant flavored oatmeal.

Just by the reduce sugar ones.

Instant v.s rolled oats the diffrence is minimal you were in sick ass shape before its just a matter of getting back to it..For sanity purposes get the flavored ones

50g protein

Meal 4 Pro/fat with ECA

5oz Salmon/groundbeef/steak + veggies


Meal 5 Pro/fat

2 scoops whey + 2 tsp flax

Meal 6 Pro/fat
9:30 p.m.
6oz chicken breast or 1.5 cup of eggwhites/ steamed veggies + 2 tsp flax


Calories = 2400 Protein = 310g Carbs = 80g
