mass for tri's?

id like to start with the best mass builder first in my tri routine, cuz they get worn down extremly quick--i once thought it was close grip bench presses, just cuz of the high weight?? how do u guys feel?? are skull crushers or dips better??

Personally, I like heavy skull crushers to failure, then immediatly go into a close grip bench with the bar to failure. I also like very heavy pushdowns.

Heavy pressdowns, triple dropsets, followed by some overhead exercise (mandatory really, to build the long head)
and to finish either dips, close grip benches or skull crushers on a decline bench supersetted with close grip benchpress.

weighted dips and close grip bench.

There really only seem to be three good mass builders for tris:

Dips (weighted)
Skull Crushers
Close Grip Bench

I haven't found any other exercises that really seem to hit tris the same way for building mass.

Agreed..with emphasis on VERY HEAVY pushdowns..
