I forgot to mention that i quit chewing and my wife quit smoking as of yesterday. So the both of us will be going into PMS mode here soon lol. I noticed immideately that i've been more hungry and looking in the fridge and pantry even when i'm not. To make things worse, she asked me if she should make some snickerdoodles! Those are my weakness, so of course i said no..and of course she made them. It wasnt pretty, the score is snickerdoodles 1 me 0. Sugar free wrigleys gum is my only hope to survive~

Trident White works & whitens your teeth :) DRINK TONS OF WATER ... Carry around 1L water bottle(s) ... I mean pound that sucker if you feel hungry, then chew more gum :)

Yea no kidding, as if 4 times a week isnt enuff! Good gawd, now i have to worry about dehydration LOL! On the up side, i wont have a hard time drinking water anymore (hate the taste)

It's a cookie with sugar and cinnamon! Not anything that should be entering my body thats for sure. They kicked my ass too, when i weighted myself b4 i worked out yesterday i had gained the weight lost when sick back.
 
So today i feel great! I'm sore and my thought process is draggin ass but thats normal on a busy tuesday morning. I did some 90 degree barbell rows, and some light dead lifting in my workout lastnight, felt great!!

7am: 1.5 hours of boxing
9pm: 1 cup of cheerios (dry) 1 med banana
10:30am: 1 ensure, 5 egg white, 1 yolk
12:30pm: 8oz of steak, 1 cup of LF cottage cheese
2:45pm: whey shake
4:30pm: 1 can albacore tuna

5pm: work out thighs, delts, tri's, abs x3 sets 12-15 reps (120 second rest)

7pm: 2 cups of romaine, 1 head of broc, 1 large chix breast
9pm: whey shake

Totals 2099 52 127 280

Today i was putting on the gucci to go sign a few clients. I have a very thick neck and usually have to leave the top button un done! But today i said what the hell lets test it out, and sure enuff i am able to button it up all the way!! Woohoo! Then a client of mine that i saw last month said " I hope i dont offend you, but have you lost weight?" Threw me off guard heh~

Anyhow nothing to blow out of per portion,but it felt good!!
 
congratz on kickin' the habit!!

Hell yah!! That's the best man... when other people notice you know you're deff. doing something right!! Keep at it!!

Good stuff m8. Its a great feeling when other people (not family) mention something as you know there not just saying it to make you feel good. Its a good feeling aswell when you start to fit into clothes properly although its bad in your pocket when you grow out of them and have to buy the next size down. I have clothes that look like a tent on me now i kept a few to remind me how far i have come. Keep up the good work and congrats on your progress.
 
8:30am 1 ensure, 1 large banana

2:30pm: large chicken breast
4:30pm: protien shake
5pm: work out-repeat yesterdays work out i missed had clients!
7pm: 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1 head of broc
9pm: protien shake

Totals 2053 50 156 255
ratio 52/25/35

Im leaving town for biz in the AM for 4 days, going to google a local gym to get in work outs and cardio, or i'll just do some road work! Diet will be tuff being on the road, i'll do my best tho!
