i stumbled across this as i was doing some internet research on keto diets and controlled carb stuff. thought i'd share. gave me some ideas that make this type of diet more reasonable.

cookbook? a big reason why i do this diet is b/c im a lazy bastard. All i have to do is hit wendy's or warm up some sausages

im lazy too. the good part about it is that many of the recipes are "legal" alternatives to things like pizza, tamales etc. so if you are craving the taste but dont want to get the carbs...

Great Link. I cooked the Shrimp scampi and the chichen ranch jack and they were a nice variation to the same boring diet

i get the tripple cheese burger no ketchup, i take off the bun and ask for an extra mayo packet, its not that bad

try some turnip cheese fries.

Cut turnip up into strips, deep fry, season with whatever, then pile on the shredded cheese.

Pretty good, they have a little kick, but other than that, it's like freedom fries
