I go out and get loaded a lot to be honest and it's hurtin me a little in terms of weight. my body fat is a couple higher percents than i'm supposed to be at. I'm a Jack Daniels guy and I know it's high in calories. I'm lookin online but cant find anything with low enough calories for me kuz I go about 20 deep. I know it's not the best for my training but i'm more of a football player than an athlete anyways. Any suggestions would be appreciated
