lost alot more of my gains this cycle

yeah its dimethazine and 13 ethyl 3 methoxy. its the 13 ethyl that causes the progesterone and extra shut down. ive always kept dost on hand. ironmaglabs calls it "deca-drol"
 
Honestly it look s like you used great products and run things well. Only thing I would do diff is add hcg or hcgenerate during the cycle. I am a fan of short run oral cycles and have seen great gains from them and continue to.

Was there a major change in calorie intake?

Only thing I can think of with reading your post...

yeah bro i mean its hard to really expect yourself to keep all your gains.. while on you are in an androgenic and anabolic state.. when you come off you lose that..

so to answer your question the best way to keep as much gains as possible is to supplement, eat a lot of anabolic food (cage free eggs are the #1 anabolic food out there), and keep working out.

over time your goal is to keep improving year to year. its totally normal and okay to take a step back and then take 2 steps forward.. you are gonna have personal issues that come up, injuries, etc that come up.. so you need to accept the fact you aren't just gonna keep improving all the time
 
The short cycle philosophies were all the rage a few years back on this board if you do a search. They are not good IMO if you plan on doing multiple cycles in a year as coming off still sucks. I speak from experience and have run the short cycles and did not like them. This is probably the reason they never really caught on.

thanks stryker, yeah i would have loved to get my hands on hcgenerate when i started, but this around april-may was when hcgen, bridge, and phyto were all sold out. thought about hcg but decided not to wait for it in the mail for who knows how long.
what i did have was some bridge, and tribulus(forged steel) so i made due with what i had and went by feel, i actually ran a lower dose of diesel (20mgs instead of 30) alot of the time and overall it was a great cycle and i feel 100% recovered now.

yes i did change my diet around a little. i was putting on fat at the end of my cycle, so i dropped down to half a gallon of whole milk a day and less oats. on cycle i was getting 5000-6000 cals a day. now im getting around 4000+ but i switched all my carbs whole grains and bananas, and getting fat isnt a problem anymore. but even on days where i eat over 5000 cals and kill a gallon of milk, i still wake up the next morning weighing less than i did the morning before

thanks steve but yeah it just sucks this time because nothing has come up and my training just gets better and better as i learn more and more. and now im fitting into my shirts that didnt fit 3 weeks ago. i dont take it as too much of a loss when my strength hasnt dropped at all really, but from being 210 at my height just felt amazing. and i wanna prevent this from happening again in the future. also thanks for the tip about the eggs, i think the hanafords by me has the cage free eggs.

yeah i just never saw the reason behind dudes saying youll lose all your gains from oral cycles cause theyre so short. since in the past i gained and kept more than alot of guys do on test/deca/dbol cycles. i was further away from my max though. the closer you get to that maximum, the harder everything gets though. my next cycle ill probably do 10-12 weeks of test e.
 
I can agree with alot thats being said here, just like loosing /gain weight,Quick to gain=quick to loose!

The body simply cannot adjust that quick to hold on to a four week cycle,and expect to keep all of it, I'm running a deiselbolin Cycle right now,But! i'm also on Super Drol,Deca @400mg Wk with test @ 500 wk I will probable finish this with some andro Hard i have stocked around October when the cycle comes close to the end!

yeah I think the diesel couldve shut you down pretty good. two of those in a row might have made the recovery from the 2nd cycle a bit harder.

I would get some blood work done up and see where your natty test levels are. You might need to do a 2-3month pct run and see if you can get everything running full speed again.
