lost alot more of my gains this cycle

basically i did 2 oral cycles, gained 20 pounds each, kept 15. but this one i gained 25, and lost about 12 pounds of muscle (not fat or water)

pct and supps were all the same. does this mean i hit my genetic maximum? or could there be something else going on?

im 5'7-5'8 this cycle i went from 185 to 210 with dieselbolan, then got on epistane halfway through, dried out, lost the bloat from the diesel, but maintained at 210 so i know it wasnt water weight i lost. im just about done with pct now, forma,unleashed, post cycle, phytoserms. now im about 197 pounds but my weights been steadily going down.

diet and training are good. my strength has still been gaining. but im losing mass

I'm 5'8 ish ( 5'9 morn, 5'7 3/4 - evening, after gym ). Currently 184-185 13% bf.
 
yeah I think the diesel couldve shut you down pretty good. two of those in a row might have made the recovery from the 2nd cycle a bit harder.

I would get some blood work done up and see where your natty test levels are. You might need to do a 2-3month pct run and see if you can get everything running full speed again.

yeah diesel def. causes some shut down. epi is a little more mild, so as i got off the diesel, i kinda used the epi as a "pre-pct" (credit to ross who idk if he even posts here anymore?) meaning letting my body begin to recover a little on the epi, while off the diesel. and it did work somewhat i believe. but ive ran diesel in the past without hcgen for half the cycle and it wasnt really a problem recovering. so thats why i went ahead without it, waiting for it to come back in stock.

youre right though id love to get some blood work. but kind of in a hole financially a little right now. ill probably pick up a bottle of hcgenerate to add on another month

yeah i used forma-stanzol the whole time, cycle and pct. i also always keep letro, nolva, and dostinex stashed away just in case.

bench- 295x2 to chest
incline - i just throw on 225 after my main working set of bench or overhead press and go for around 3 sets of 8
squat - just got a 425 box squat yesterday
my deadlifts are embarrassing. 275x6 lol i avoided these for years though until i started going to the chiropractor for my back which i messed up pretty bad at work

295 x 3, squat 385 x 3 below parallel, dead 435 x 3. You got a really strong incline though, surprised you aren't benching 315 for reps.

Yea, it happens to everyone. You are at your peak height in the morning and drop down over the course of the day from gravity, heavy lifting and etc.
 
wow never heard of that im gonna check lol maybe this is why i dont know if im 5'7 or 5'8. but yeah our stats are pretty close besides deads. i dont do inclines much i just got back into them really, but i do alot of standing overhead presses im thinking thats what brought up my inclines. i can get 315 on the bench but stop at about 3" above chest.
