I have been trying to drop bf% for a while now. I w/o daily at 5:45am. 35 min free weights, 35 - 40 min. cardio.
I seem to put on size, but not noticing any fat loss. My diet is okay, but I was wondering if I should just skip the weights and do 1hr cardio per day? Will I get too flabby though (muscle loss)?
As a former university football player - my joints are a little worn down. High rep w/o's are a little painful but I usually try to keep my rep. range above 12 and below 25. I am working out 1 bp per day.
