In 2 wks I will be starting my 3rd PH cycle. Just posting some info to see if ne one has ne advice to add or ne ideas on tweaking the mgs.... I will be bridging Havoc/Pmag. I'm am trying to add a little size but mainly cut up. I feel this will be most effective since Havoc takes a little while to kick in (usually abt wk 3); as opposed to P-mag which is supposed to kick in a little faster. I know they are both methylated; but they are about the most mild methylated ones out (these 2 together can't be ne worse than SD on the liver). I will be running Lecheek Cycle Support along With Tudca ON CYCLE (for liver).
Pharma Tech - Promagnon 1st 4 wks. 75/75/75/75
Havoc - (Epistane) Bridge 0/0/30/30/40/40
Iron Mag Labs - 4 andro ????? (Thinking about adding; not sure though...)
Possibly thinking about running at 30 mg for for the 1st 3wks nd then running 40mg for the last 2wks (Havoc). Though this would make it a 7wk cycle. That's why I'm not sure. Leaning more toward the 6 wk cycle; advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

King Labs Tudca - 300 mg ED
Fish Oil - 2 pills ED
Taurine - 3 g's ED = 3 caps ED
Multivitamin - 2 pills ED
PCT:
Mega Formulations Protek - 2 pills ED
Nolva - 40/40/30/30/20
Clomid - 50/50/40/30/20
Finaflex Pure Test - 3 pills ED
Ne advice you vets have would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to make this cycle the most effective as possible. I appreciate it. Lmk what you guys think....(I dnt want to hear ne bullshit or hating though, you can miss me with that... Constructive criticism only).
