this is falling behind the rst of my triceps, anyone know of any compound movement that targets this more than the other heads? currently i train triceps three two times a week
on shoulder day after doing military press and laterals i do three sets of tricep cable push downs
a couple of days later after chest-dips, bench, machine flyes then i do three sets tricep cable push downs and three sets of either skull crushers or standing dumbekk extension.
