Long head of tricep

in a front or rear double bicep your tri's should stand out just as much as your bi's. how far you bend your arm makes the difference in your tricep.

what are some good exercises to really hit the long head of your tricep.... Anything that will help bring it out more when you do a double bicep pose...

Well for what it's worth , I wrote a routine for my son who is away at college and I hadn't seen him for about 5 weeks. When he came home for Christmass I instantly noticed new development of the long head of his tricep, just using his arms (not posing), The only "different" exercise he is doing now for tri's is a reverse grip "pushdown". I call it a pulldown, but just like regular pushdowns only with a palm up grip, upper arms tight against sides, hands under the bar pulling to straighten rather than pushing.Straps or versa grips help hold on to the bar. Hope this helps.

right now I do heavy close grip and heavy dips, I dont like skull crushers cause the kill my elbows.... overhead is ok, just seeing if someone might mention something I havent tried yet,.. I forgot about reverse grip bench. I have been doing reverse grip cable pushdowns. I usually do them at the very end to try and get as much blood into the muscle as I can by doing high reps.
