i add around 2H of sleeping, no training today and tomorrow session only with physiotherapist, i stop the PROVIRON because my transaminases are always elevated, and i use my last vial of IGF-1 LR3 (i think) this week, i try to see if i have a opportunity to try the rHGH from PSL (EP Somatropin) with new cycle for summer very light Primo + TRT (i try to reduce my blood work because i don't have the level of TRT) + rHGH (because i used IGF-1 LR3 for the first cycle).
06:30 AM : 200 ML DARK COFFEE (ADIOS HEART LOL) + 2 Brown Sugars 5G + 1000MG MILK THISTLE + (800MG Silymarin + 300MG Silybin) + water around 200ml + 166,5MG ASPIRIN (i dont have the 100MG, it's 500MG or 333MG, i take 333 and i cute this in 2 part for hematocrit)
07:00 AM : EP IGF-1 LR3 100MCG Sub-Cutaneous stomach (it's my last week)
07:30 AM : 09:20 AM : 80mg iron element (from bisglycinate) + 80mg Vitamine C element (from Acerola)
11:00 AM : 120G Tuna + Tomato sauce with herbs of Provence + 10G olive oil + Whole PAsta 100G + 2 slices cereal bread + 100G mix legums + 240G Fresh Yogurt + 5g fish oil (2000MG EPA + 1500MG DHA) + 1 Kiwi + 1 Banana.
03:20 PM : Milk 1/2 500ML + 40g Whey (37,6g Protéines Nx6.38, 5,24g Leucine) + 30G Honey + 1 Banana + 1 kiwi + 50G Nuts + 2 Fish Oil (800MG EPA, 600MG DHA) + 1 Banana + 1 Kiwi.
06:15 : 750MG N-Acetyl-Cystein + 500MG Milk Thistle + CoQ10 200MG + 500ML Water.
07:30 : 100G White Hike + 100g Lentills Green + 10G Olive Oil + 100G mix of legums (Green beans, broccoli, zucchini, yellow peppers, cherry tomato) + 400G Cottage Cheese.
