08:45 PM : PIZZA 4 (gruyere, mozzarella, raclette and goat cheese) on a fresh cream base around (1/2 pizza normal size) + beef bourguignon + 100G Mix legums + 120G FRESH YOGURT.
11:00 P^ : 0G Milk Protein (80%Casein Micellar 20%Whey) + 2 Egg Organic (With 10 drops of VitaminD3 in the yolk 3000 ui's) + 30MG Zinc element (from Bisglycinate) + 6G Fish Oil + 40Gnuts.
