I am completely lost, i get the concept, but can u give me some examples of what it would look like in workouts? And the write how it is loading then deloading, cuz i am really lost now, thanks!
Over periods of weeks, like a loading phase then deloading phase, then after ur done u have a pr, like coolcoolj says, just dont get how the scheme is. lol
We don't do it EXACTLY like that, but we count on our circamax phase to "bring us in" for the comp. It's amazing how light and fast you feel after deloading, yet you're working with more wieght.
