I just started fitting in traps work out into my routine about 3 months ago (becuase im an idiot and i never felt like doing them before)...within the first month i saw them getting bigger, but all the sudden they just stopped growing!! Other then the different possitions of shoulder shrugs, what am i missing?
Also...My right side lat is 3 times the size of my left side lat...what can you do to fix this problem??
