looking for some advance critique on what ill be doing during fall ball. Keep in mind that there will be 2 hours of lax practice 6 days a week, so lifts will be kept to the most neccessary and volume will be enuf just to maintain my gains from this summer. The days will be based around the core lifts of squat, power clean, flat bench, and deadlift. Sets posted are just working sets.

Flat Bench 3x6
Incline DB 2x8
DB Flys 2x8
Tue
Squat 3x6
Zercher Squats 2x8
Calves 2x12
Thu
Deadlift 3x5
T-Bar Rows 2x8
Pullups 2xFailure
Fri
Power Clean & Jerk 5x3
Power Shrugs 2x8
Front&Side Raises 2x8
Nice and Simple so I dont overtrain. I believe these are all compound movements too, except the front&side raises, flies, and calves. What do you guys think???
