i have problems with my rotator cuffs. and i just do alot on internal and external rotations, with bands, dumbells, barbells. also rear delt work and trap work helps me.

rev hyper
roller hyper
hammy curls on little roller hyper
all for 2 sets through
standing abs 4x10
