Nothing else is more effective. That includes weak AI's that have been converted to topical formulations (meaning even worse absorption...) that are popular on this board.

Studies have shown increases in testosterone in males using letro. I have posted them.

its a DRUG used to treat post breast cancer in post menopausal women. not made for bodybuilders in the first place.

yet everyone who has used formestane says they have zero problems. you never even tried it, you are one of those guys stuck in the 80's using harsh drugs to accomplish everything.

we are 2012, not 1983

forma was designed for BODYBUILDERS and it is ample as an AI. why would i use something designed for breast cancered OLD women vs. something designed for bodybuilders? that is what is stupid IMHO.

So what? I see this argument used often and it doesn't hold any water. Off label uses of medications is common throughout the medical practice and not a valid argument to dismiss something's effectiveness.

Formestane was not invented for bodybuilders either. So I'm not sure where you're going with this.

This is simply not true. Lethargy is the biggest side effect thats reported, rashes are another one.

A topical preparation of a long established drug is still the same compound. So this statement is again false. I wonder why formestane never caught on in the fist place... oh, because no one like injecting it and more effective drugs existed. Formestane itself is probably over 20 years old.

If you're smart with letro it works very well. It will smash gyno and estrogen related sides faster than any other compound out there will.

If you're even smarter you dont even need to run an AI, and you see better gains overall with no sides from any AI.

^^^ forma was made for bodybuilders and it blows the shit out of letro from top to bottom to use for aromatizing compounds. this is my opinion as well as the opinions of 99% of people on this board.

Letro killed a gyno lump which nolva, adex, caber, and the OTC supps couldn't get rid of.

Libido does suck though. Now that the gyno is gone, I'm thinking of running Adex now and hoping that will keep it at bay.

Correct, I asked about letrozole as an AI. I've never used it before, I've only used nolva and clomid. When I bought my cycle package my advisor threw in the pack of letrozole as a freebee. I was told that with me planning on running test prop and Deca phenyl propionate for 16wks it may be needed or wise to use as AI or just gyno prevention again "as needed". I am currently 6wks into the 16 wk program designed and thought about maybe trying a minimal amount just in case. I have no gyno symptoms at all and after further convo it's been determined that I don't need it. As I said earlier, I'll put it away for a rainy day... Learning experience I suppose...

Save it for when you decide to go crazy and run some 2-3 gram cycle. Then you may find that Letrozole is unfortunately the only way to go.

Adex always did me good as an AI. If you can get a hold of it, low dose here and there might do just fine.
