Let us all follow this new reality show and comment on EF...

Man!
He got caught with a couple of good shots, the last one put him away... I'm not sure what Louden was thinking about steping into range like that to a bigger guy with more reach... Pretty good fight overal.

True good point. I remember though even in this episode one of the trainers saying how they were training at first 6-8 hours a day. I dunno. Either way it's tough shit I'm sure.

As far as the decision went I think Randy made the right choice in keeping Chris. So the guy doesn't have the perfect attitude but nobody is perfect. He's just being himself and he's a good fighter. These guys don't know each other and then get thrown in and everyone expects them to be a team. Teams are built through experiences with each other good and bad and that takes time. I didn't like how the other guy was so quick to point out Chris's faults and then lastly make a pathetic speech not talking about why he should be kept there but how Chris should be let go because he dissobeyed the rules.

Can't wait to see these guys go at it.

Well, look who it is! Fucker! Give me a call bro. I started my new job today. Can you believe I'm a boss?? The world is coming to an end.
BTW I saw the show tonight and I watched how that one dude had to lose 20 lbs in one fucking day. That's a bunch of bullshit if you ask me. Yeah, you can turn around and say that it takes great discipline and guts to do that shit...but at the same time you guys can't disregard the danger he put himself in. The dude came out looking pale as hell and he was BLACK. I'm sure that he's fine now obviously but what's the point to make someone lose 20 lbs in one day then come the next day his body and mind will still be in shock from the previous day and then he's supposed to be ready to fight?? Seems like that was poorless planning on the trainers and the fighter himself. 20 lbs in one fucking day. That's insane.

All part of the fighting game. You gotta make weight. You can take 6-8 weeks and lose the or dehydrate 48 hrs before. Some time you have to do a little of both... Like I said it is all part of the fight game.

He had some serious help though, I don't think he had the testicular fortitude to do it on his own.

Well, I don't think boxers put themselves through such torture. Either way you look at it; it's idiotic to do that to yourself. You put too much at risk in my opinion. He had balls to do it regardless of help. I'm glad he won though

-Yes they do. Not all of them but most do. Boxers need to make weight as much as any other sport.

-It is not as much risk as you think. Guys do it all over the world every day. As I type this right now, we are in full out HS/college wrestling season, there are thousands of kids all over America right now cutting weight for their next match. Every high school and college wrestler does it at one point or another. You may think it is "idiotic" I just think it is part of the fighting game, always has been.

-I wouldn't say he had "balls" just because he cut the weight, he was ready to quit a couple of times, Chuck and the other guy dragged him thru it.

BTW- The doctor checked him right after the weigh-ins and she even said he was fine. She checked his pulse and other signs of severe dehydration... This lady is the fight doctor for UFC and has seen it all, even she said he was alright....

What's the difference between having a 101 fever and being in a room that's 210 degrees? Maybe I heard that shit wrong last night? I hope so. That would mean that all this was one big misconception. But even if it was 120 in there, how the hell do you not fry your brain?? I couldn't even imagine what that feels like.

it sux but at times you have to do it.

im getting too old for that sh1t and now i just diet down weeks before and actually gain weight the last 2 days before competing.. it makes for 3-4 weeks of diet hell but i fight much much better..

i also normally weigh in and then fight a few hours later..

when i weight in the nite or day before.. well then thats a whole nother story :)

nothing like jogging in a sauna while spitting into a bag!!!!!!

were nuts.. all of us.. completely crazy... :)

good luck!
