Box Squats 8X2 - 315(1 set) 225(7 sets)
Zerchers 12X2 - 225
Front Squats 12X2 - 135

I had to leave to throw up after my first set of front squats. Came back and finished the job. Zerchers just get me in a way I can't explain.

Solid workout today. I worked out with a co worker today.
I asked him if he wanted to do box squats? He said, yea.
Needless to say, he went through with the same workout. He got the box down with no problems. Here was his workout;

Box Squats 8X2 - 135
Zerchers 12X2 - 135
Front Squats 12X2 - 115

I think front squats are his enemy though. He realized his weakness right away.

man you sessions are so clean and simple - a stark contrast to my shotgun approach :)

If you do, I would suggest wrapping a few towels around the bar to give it a larger circumference. If I don't, it absolutely kills my elbows.

lol I agree although I do atest to having much to learn in the olympic lifting department. Which is why I enjoy reading your posts and watching all you do. :) It helps.
