I was doing legs the other day, squats first went pretty heavy for me, 365 about 5 or 6 reps, than onto leg presses, every so often i will get a pain in my quad (about once every 2-3 months) its not like the weight was all that heavy good enough for me though 10 plates on each side. the pain is more of a burning than a sharp pain, like you can feel the fiber all the way, just wonderin if anyone ever had this before off of leg presses.
