yup i did them today as assistance,... very light to get the form down... did 135 x 6, verry easy, i think i could probably do a triple with 175-185 ...i'll find out when i do my ME in 2 weeks as good mornings
i would think seated would be alot harder, so your lift seems even more impressive now. i did mine with a close stance today, bending over ALOT, but keeping a tight arch with slightly bent legs..i really felt it
