do a search on CKD or TKD. I myslef am doing a ckd (cyclical ketogenic diet). Basically no carbs mone-fri only high protein and high fats, on saturday I carb up for about 24-36 hours eating appx 700 grams of carbs. The theory is when you carb up your muscle will supersaturate your muscle with the glycogeon, giving you the energy to workout for the next week ahead, while allowing you to cut fat while in ketosis. I am 28, 20%BF and have been on this diet for 3 weeks now and so far so good. Sinc you are 8% BF I would imagaine you will see some sick results very quickly, ketosis will stip fat fast, If i were you i would like into TKD since your allready a low BF% you dont want to plateau.
