Ok, I don't know if you guys have noticed, but the new Atkins Advantage bars have changed and now say they contain like 25 grams of carbs or so. This is because they have to now include glycerine as a carb. If I trying to keep my carbs at 40 grams or so for cutting, is it ok to consume these types of carbs. I mean, will I receive the same fat loss effects if i consume these? Also, has anyone had the Keto Macoronni? It says it only has 5 carbs which is hard to beleive since it tastes like regular pasta. Thanks
