Keto diet with lang distance running?

I have to run cross country for wrestling this year, and I have been doing a keto diet to cut down. Since a keto diet is so catabolic and so is long distance running, should I add some pre-cardio carbs or what? I have some DNP coming in so I may just use that. What do you guys say?
 
dude keep your calories lower and you'll cut weight if you're making a weight class...

Just cut out carbs a bit and eat low - mod low GI carbs except post workout and you'll be fine, Keto and wrestling IMO don't mix, I train in Muay Thai and Kickboxing and when I did a keto i kept getting muscle fatigue.

Just have carbs before and after workouts, and maybe at breakfast, at other times have protein and fats
