I plan to run it alongside a natty test base. I should wait a bit longer before running any compound again but my blood levels are normal for me and I feel pretty damn good big ol swingin plump nuts:D

Beginning stats 25 ,6'0 -195-200 depending On if they are serving pancakes here in the am ( my kryptonite)
Looking to get diced the fuck up for a vacation over Christmas without dropping more than 5 lbs.
Cals are from 3500-3800 depending on how physical Of a working day I have as a carpenter. I train almost every day.

Training is a modified wendlers 5/3/1
Mixed in with track sprints , boxing , and some Olympic lifting

Day 1 diet
Meal 1 5am - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 slices tomato, 2 tbsp PB, small brown of cut up pineapples,
1 scoop chocolate whey

Meal 2 10am (1 slin pill 30 min prior)
Handful of celery, half cup oats , small portion of yogurt, 8 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 apple. Some bcaas and 2 pills gear

Meal 3 1:30 pm (1 slin pill 30 min prior)
Handful broccoli , half cup oats with small amount of yogurt, 1 can sardines , 8 egg whites. 1 orange. Bcaas n 2 pills gear.

Meal4 4:15 pm..pre workout(1 slin pill 30 min prior) half cup oats 1 scoop whey.. 2 gear pills

5:15 workout hard as fuck for an hour

Meal 5 6:30 -dinner ( 2 gear pills lean meats and small portion of rice if I feel I need it, otherwise just greens.)

Meal 6 8pm handful almonds , 3 tbsp natty hemp seeds

If it were me I'd save the provi for after the run...

It's better to take it with as little other stuff as possible so you can give a decent detailed log, too many compounds and you won't be able to tell what's doing what. It's ultimately your call though.
 
I agree with her. the more you add in, the harder it is to tell exactly what compound is doing what to your body...

How long have you been running it? Its possible for it to bloat you within the first week or so of taking it, but after that you shouldn't have issues

Ok baaaaam I like it the sound of that. Took my dose last night pre bed and I wake up pretty dry looking maybe my revised diet doesn't have enough carbs and that's why I'm getting sleepy/ lazy. Cutting sucks but being ripped and hard doesn't .
Took the night off last night , kept diet in check and will be pounding a full body workout tonight after work.

Ill keep using the need2slin and see what happens.

Any time you substantially cut your carbs back your body goes through a period of adjustment as it is forced to switch gears. At 36 now I have gone through a number of cuts/diets involving a drop in carbs and have felt that pretty much every time. Before to long you will adjust. Personnally, after a week or two I usually find I have even more energy than I did while eating a higher carb total.

Thx man I've done iF BEFORE and even warrior diet with insane results I know how to tough it out I think I was just bitching out loud cause I was a little hungry lol my bad. Truth is today has been much better , I've stuck to the plan and still using need2slin .. Something I did different these last 2 days was stop my maca and ashwaganha and the water weight/ bloat is gone today. Been energetic all day and the need2slin gobbled up my cup of oats and I felt I could eat a truckload more without bloating .. I didn't of course;) and thx for following ill make it a good effing log and detailed .. !

Well today I felt much much better energy wise. I even missed my pre workout cup of oats and whey( stupid me forgot it on the table as I was leaving!!) so I had a need to slin about an hour and a half pre gym, bcaa / gear combo while at the gym, and my workout was siiick to say the least !
30 min track sprints ( getting very strong at these! )
10 min high jumps onto a box .. Must be 4 feet high I barely make er

Squats

385x2( didn't want to risk a third)
10 min stretch 10 min abs

I'm starting to see the nitrogen retention of the need to slin/ gear. I was blown up like I were in the 12th week of EQ!! That's even without my oats . I still have energy

No text no call nothing.. Fuck I love her but I dunno if I can keep this up .. We are so up and down and it's never me I give and give.. We share a place together maybe it's time for anchange I dunno. Anyways it will be taken out on the gym tonight regardless of no sleep

I feel the exact same way sometimes bro. Fking girls.... Egocentric over sensitive and so so hot. What to do.

In any case, the weights usually help me. Go for a PR thats what I do.

Workouts seem like meh but I tell ya they are very intense

Upped carbs by 100 and man my metabolism took off and I filled right out .. I have been under eating I feel and tonight's gym effort let me know I should eat just a little more.. While at work anyways .

On days off now , heading to Vegas tomorrow for 3 nights with my girlfriend for a much needed break from this cold north . Hopefully my katana will be in by my return .. Will keep diet clean minus the alcohol but ill be walking all day so I won't be sedentary. Plus ever morning I wake up do planks and push-ups

Weighed in at 190 but I was so much more full looking and hard than the last few days, and my mood was really good today . Libido seems to be taking off also on this anabolic freak / test freak combo. BF is definitely down

Took am katana 1 pill.

Body basement workout just to get In the groove and wake up. Will hit gym later for a real workout

Push-ups , planks, and more of each. Feeling energetic and still feel strong. Weight remains the same after the holiday so not all is lost. Time tosee the power of the mighty katana !

Hit shoulders and the bike this evening. Feeling dry and a little dehydrated. The workout was mediocre kind of like this entire day. Need one more good sleep to be back to normal. Will update tomorrow when I can give better feedback on katana. Diet was on point 100% today so the muscle building recomp is underway :)

Been very lethargic since Vegas and this morning was no different. Breakfast was 1 cup oats / scoop whey/tbsp cinnamon and a half carton scrambled egg whites n veggies

Seems to me and I'm not sure here if its been me crashing from the large amounts of sugar I had In me or if its lethargy from katanadrol but after I take it I feel very sleepy.

Anyways I napped for a half hour then drove to the gym but once in the gym I was an animal... I feel like I was crashing from the sugar as I write this I am still full of energy and my head is clear. It's been real fuzzy since Sunday.

Will be crushing the gym tonight with my woman. 2 days off work still woohoo!

Haha I though he was black also ! Well let's say the hunger doesn't go away, I am pounding 2 a day intense workouts here maybe that's adding to it. Does katana have any mass building properties ? I think I'll google it some myself, I've never really studied the effects of 1- test . One thing I can say for certain is the lethargy and upset stomach are no longer present. I have done a million chores today

3.5grams of D-Asparic Acid per day should stack very Nicely with Katanadrol V3.0 -
You guys may see an added appetite suppressant in v3.1, it is after all a cutting agent and anybody using it would be using it towards those goals. What do you guys think?

I'm embarrassed to admit it but I take 10 caps of N2 Guard before a night of drinking to make sure I don't feel sick the next day. I can tell a huge difference when I take it and yes it does spare you a lot of pain the next day.

I'm going to continue to fuel the fire so long as I keep killing it!! Sounds like 1-testosterone has decent hardening and can def be used for mass gains. Don't get me wrong I will not be doing a full on bulk but I don't really care to drop below my current weight of 190 either. A leaner harder 190-195 would be most ideal! Just Gonna keep pounding away solid ass workouts and keep cardio up! Tonight will be accessories like side delts, arms , calfs.. Everything else feels pretty damn beat up!

When 1-testosterone is administered as a transdermal (absorbed through the skin), bioavailability is increased but its short half-life is still an issue. 1-testosterone was also sold as an injectable as 1-testosterone cypionate, which greatly increased half-life to about 4-5 days, making this the most effective way to use 1-testosterone. When injected, only 100-200mg/week is needed for an effective cycle.

1-Testosterone was included in the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 2004, and was banned as of January 20th, 2005. 1-Testosterone is still available on the black market as injectable 1-testosterone cypionate, but it is no longer available as an over the counter dietary supplement. While 1-testosterone and its direct prohormone 1-androstenediol are banned, 1-DHEA(1-androsterone) is still legally available and converts to 1-testosterone in a two step process.

I'm going to continue to fuel the fire so long as I keep killing it!! Sounds like 1-testosterone has decent hardening and can def be used for mass gains. Don't get me wrong I will not be doing a full on bulk but I don't really care to drop below my current weight of 190 either. A leaner harder 190-195 would be most ideal! Just Gonna keep pounding away solid ass workouts and keep cardio up! Tonight will be accessories like side delts, arms , calfs.. Everything else feels pretty damn beat up!

First 2 days I was quite lethargic except for in the gym, keep in mind I had a rough 2 day hangover going also. These last 2 days thus far have both preceded the previous on terms of feeling good. I'm only on day 4 but the energy and aggression in the gym has been something I haven't felt in a while, and I am not even using a pre workout. I have noticed a massive appetite increase and along with that pretty wicked gym sessions I must say, where I don't want to leave. ! Skin feels tighter also, and today I am sitting at only 190 lbs even though I easily had 5 k calories yesterday.. Water weight is also nill. Lets see what the remaining 26 days being :P

Normally if I eat 5k calories I will wake up a few lbs heavier easily .. On Katana I felt more muscular and leaner lol. Good feeling to me :)

P.s bigb I haven't been taken need2slin, I have been trying to eliminate what was causing me to feel so funny, I think it was making me hold water and over stimulated my pituitary I am uncertain though... My joints were really dry as were my eyes and i felt slow moving too..chest felt watery ..Will slowly add it back in after katana is in full swing to see what was up.
 
Looks like that katana is giving you nice vascularity man def liking your log. Has your lethargy subsided? Katana v2 had me lethargic as hell.

Yes it's subsided . I also upped cals big time that maybe helped ?? Lots more carbs

Legs are damn hairy but strong teardrops happening and lotsa veins running threw em.. Chopped calves outta the pic lol not 100% happy with em yet but soon !! ;)

I was sweating profusely at work today and in the gym I just killed it!

Ate at least 5 k calories today. Mostly clean and I feel it's all building mass, I weighed In at 198 today on the gym scale but it is generally 3-4 lbs heavier than my home scale. I have never had an appetite like this.

Awesome job man. It's good seeing someone actually eat correctly for mass instead of clueless dudes thinking the mcdonalds value meal is the answer...makes me wanna pull my hair out

Here is my meal plan for today, I went a lil crazy cause I was trying to shred but my body is demanding food and I am working again for a 14 day shift so I do need the fuel.
5am 4 eggs, small scoop beans, 1 slice whole wheat toast, half cup oatmeal, some pineapple / blueberry, tbsp pb, 1 scoop quickmass( probably unnecessary)
10 am- Small Tuna sandwich, 1 scoop quickmass/ quarter cup oats, 4 eggs, 4 egg whites ,3 tbs pb for my celery , handful broccoli

130pm - quarter cup oats with cinnamon and 1 scoop quickmass, 2 eggs, 6 egg whites, handful broccoli/ celery with 1 tbsp pb, 1 can sardines

4 pm 1 scoop quickmass/ quarter cup oats

5 30-7pm savage workout
715 chicken, cup of rice , bunch a greens and a little quinoa

815 (body still growling I am not even feeling full , so I ate 1000cals mixed nuts and raisins )

Laying here now debating a small snack for bed but ill pass.

In total it's one full serving quickmass (1010 cals)
Not sure why I am so hungry but it feels like I need it not just want it..
 
You're hungry cuz of the constant carb intake- if u replace carbs with fats, you' may curb hunger

No it's different this time bu. I'm not even carb hungry like the other times I have ate more. I'm hungry like my body is trying to grow, there aren't any ups n downs either in energy levels just hunger pangs for food. Like meat eggs and peanut butter are my biggest cravings my fat intake is quite high
