This product thanks to Dylan and hurricane !!! Thx guys I won't let ya down! Should be in the mail anytime soon here I'm just itching to get going.

I plan to run it alongside a natty test base. I should wait a bit longer before running any compound again but my blood levels are normal for me and I feel pretty damn good big ol swingin plump nuts:D

Beginning stats 25 ,6'0 -195-200 depending On if they are serving pancakes here in the am ( my kryptonite)
Looking to get diced the fuck up for a vacation over Christmas without dropping more than 5 lbs.
Cals are from 3500-3800 depending on how physical Of a working day I have as a carpenter. I train almost every day.

Training is a modified wendlers 5/3/1
Mixed in with track sprints , boxing , and some Olympic lifting

Day 1 diet
Meal 1 5am - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 slices tomato, 2 tbsp PB, small brown of cut up pineapples,
1 scoop chocolate whey

Meal 2 10am (1 slin pill 30 min prior)
Handful of celery, half cup oats , small portion of yogurt, 8 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 apple. Some bcaas and 2 pills gear

Meal 3 1:30 pm (1 slin pill 30 min prior)
Handful broccoli , half cup oats with small amount of yogurt, 1 can sardines , 8 egg whites. 1 orange. Bcaas n 2 pills gear.

Meal4 4:15 pm..pre workout(1 slin pill 30 min prior) half cup oats 1 scoop whey.. 2 gear pills

5:15 workout hard as fuck for an hour

Meal 5 6:30 -dinner ( 2 gear pills lean meats and small portion of rice if I feel I need it, otherwise just greens.)

Meal 6 8pm handful almonds , 3 tbsp natty hemp seeds

In for this ride boss! I'm excited to see how v3.0 works for you guys as I'm considering adding it at the end of my current recomp! Let's see how it compares to v2.0 :) KILL IT!
 
If it were me I'd save the provi for after the run...

It's better to take it with as little other stuff as possible so you can give a decent detailed log, too many compounds and you won't be able to tell what's doing what. It's ultimately your call though.
 
I agree with her. the more you add in, the harder it is to tell exactly what compound is doing what to your body...

In for this either way buddy!

How long have you been running it? Its possible for it to bloat you within the first week or so of taking it, but after that you shouldn't have issues
