Cool, well I am gonna be taking in 400 grams of protein and about 3000-4000 calories aday with some creatine postworkout and lots of vitamins and minerals, plently of ALA.

I got some pics from the end of my bulking cycle developed today.. I'll make sure I get them scanned in the next few days, I'll post em in my cutting thread (which i need to update)
I learned 2 things from these pictures...
1.My pecs sure need some more developement
2.Posing makes your face look funny
Make sure you take a few before and afters... I wish i took some befores.. thats for damn sure..
How old are you again by the way?
if your still growing 10 lbs LBM should be pretty easy if you eat like you've quoted above....

Can't wait to see them, I do plan on taking some before and afters once I get over this cold, I posted some pics in the training board before do a search. I am 15, about 150 at 5'5. I lost some LBM and added some fat so I just want to get back to where I was and then gain some more LBM, atleast 20lbs over the next 3-4 months is my goal.
