I gained 22 lbs when I bulked... went from 178 and pretty cut to 200 and kinda chunky (maybe a few lbs over.. but not very much)
I know for a fact I could have done a WAY better job on my bulk though, I could have done it a lot cleaner... I bulked for just under 3 months.
I've been cutting now for a month, and I'm sitting around 192... I figure I'll be around 185 when I'm at the same BF % that I had at 178. So a good 7 lbs of LBM added to my frame. When I bulk up and add fat... I look like shit.... at 5'10 I look like a fridge or something @ 200 lbs...
I wouldn't stress over it too much man...
It will come back fast... probably REALLY fast... and before you know it you will be slamming PR's through the floor left right and center.
