Just Biceps

What do you guys think of just working Biceps on a training day ? Then the other body parts other days ? For some reason, when I do Chest and Biceps one day, I feel I could only get 1-2 good sets of Biceps after I work the chest.
Do you feel I can Focus more intensity this way on my Biceps, or is it not enough of a workout with only more sets to the bi`s ?
 
I have a day for biceps... Only lifting for like 30 min though, so I kinda feel bad, but man I get a good pump.. I've really noticed some strength gains since I started doing them on their own day (i do tris on their own day too)
 
Yeah, I know what you mean. I know there`re a relatively small muscle, and are limited to amount of sets to throw at them...but still..
 
depends on your goals mate. if your biceps are lagging and you need to bring them up then yes thats agood idea. if you're on any type of power routine then no its not a good idea to do that or even work arms more than 1-3sets a week (IMO).

I usually do bi's and tri's on the same day, takes a little over an hour at the most. I try and get it in 2x a week and space it out from my chest workouts so I don't train triceps then chest back to back and overtrain the tri's. I dont know if this is good or not but its working for me.
 
i find if i try too kill my chest first i have no energy to do anything else after. if you know your going to do a split, don't kill the first muscle group do a full body thing. i find i get a better pump on splits. for bulking though i'd definatly do all muscle groups by themselves. ad ab's or cardio on days when you do small muscle groups,

I dont think hes joking, if you want huge biceps you need to train them different days, im more of a sunday left arm Wednesday right arm kinda guy.
