Yeah I love sexual harassment training.. Makes me want to go out and just say everything they tells you not to!!! Or diversity training.. I have a picture at home I'll have to post up for you on that one.. It's 2 funny.
What does swas mean? I'm coming up with my own words here.. Sweat with @ss stink
Yeah you will feel the shoulder more on chest exercises because it's a pushing movement... Back is pulling more so. So you are only strengthening your dominant muscle more, and stretching the weaker muscle more.. Where that posterior delt work comes in handy.. Try push/pull.... Chest press with bent over row.. Shoulder Press With uni DB bent over row. That way you press out the chest/shoulder (get the pain) and then do the pull to strengthen the muscle that is screaming and it should subside to let you do more on the other muscle.

ok...this is not my story...this is my friend's story from last night. it;s pretty fawking funny so i thought i would share

Fellas,

4:46 am. Just got home from work. Why am i emailing you right now? Well, because one of the most random encounters just occurred. I get out of MLB about 3:35 am and walk two blocks to my car which was parked at a meter, little did i see the other sign that said no parking 11pm to 7am, so of course, my car is gone, towed. Now i know exactly where to go because this happens at least once per baseball season to me. so i cab it over to 36th and 12th to NYPD tow pound, pay 185 bucks to get my car out. So now the guy tells me go out to yard and a van will take you to your car. I get in the van, i'm the only one in there, the guy driving the van says to me, we'll just be a minute, we're waiting on one more passenger. so we wait, and who comes into the van?????????? None other than 90210's own Steve Sanders!! IAN F'N ZIERING!!!!!!! I was like are you kidding me? Just one of the most random things ever. Nice guy by the way, we shared a hearty laugh over getting towed, i told him i'm a big fan, shook his hand, patted him on the shoulder and went on my way. I believe he said he drove a red impala. Almost made paying 185 to get my car and a 115 ticket on top of it worth to see an icon like that. Alright off to bed, just thought id share that ridiculous moment with you guys

about 3 oz grilled chicken, tomatos, a few chunks of ham maybe 1.5oz, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup of roasted almonds and some green and red peppers with balsamic vinegrette.

no clue what the macros are lol i'm thinking like 500 cals

ok just plugged the numbers in...ok i was a little off :p

Eh... more or less just want to get out away from work, away from the gym, maybe dance a little (in tennis shoes - I won't have to worry about falling in heels), no drinking obviously, and just meet some people and laugh at drunks.
No wang out over here, :worried: ha ha ha Guys in cowboy hats eh? Why is that? You kinda don't see those in this part of the U.S.... if you do.. they kinda stand out! Maybe a have a story to tell on here....

Bar, Bar??? Whats a Bar LOL. Man I wish I could go dancing again, all my girlfriends are calving right now, and I mean all of them! One just had a baby on tuesday, one is having one right now and the other two just found out they are prego, arrrrr.

yes i know...i have been slacking with my updates. i've had weddings and parties up the yin yang (ouch!!) was at the giant game on sunday ...HUGE WIN FOR THE GEEEEEEEEEEE-MEN!!! i've had so much going on at work too...very busy!

ok so my weight is hovering over the 169-171 area this past weekend....def have to completely cut out the alcohol!!! :evil: it's just been extremely difficult with the schedule i've had lately...anyway no excuses...i've been horrible! my diet has been pretty clean though...everything fitting into my macros...haven't had a real cheat meal except for the booze.

my cardio is going aight...i need to get in at least 2 hours a week for me to start dropping bf....i've only been doing about an hour or so...going to bump that this week. i have def dropped the ball but i'm here and ready to take some abuse!

today;s diet

meal 1
- On whey w/ water 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 gluc
- vit's and green tea

meal 2
- 2 cups of lana's eggwhites

meal 3
- 2 ground chiken patties with cheese and parsley

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO -- On whey 1/2 cup of oats 1 banana

meal 5
- grilled chiken w/ wild rice
 
I am not going to get the whip out on you, cause then I would have to whip myself! LOL

Both of us have to get back at it!!!!!

Well, they say people in glass houses shouldm't throw stones, so i can't say a damned thing about the cardio. I've def been slacking there myself.
I've got a goal I'm trying to reach by Hallowe'en, so I need to step it up myself.

yesterdays training

legs
- squats 135x12 ...stopped after the first set...was really bothering my back and i honestly don't know if i can do these with proper form like i used to.
- leg presses 2x10 3 plates each side one set i did legs up high and second i did down low

- leg extensions 2x12

- leg curls 2x12

- dumbell lunges 1x15 30lbs

- calf raises 2x12

legs really piss me off b/c i know they are stronger then what i can do....it's either my back or my knee fawking shit up...it actually makes not want to lift legs at all....but whatever. extensions, presses and curls don't bother me...not sure how much muscle i can build sans squats :(

then i did 15 minutes on treamill at 13% incline walking 2.7....

i've actually been pretty good with the food bunz :) my problem has been the lack of motivation for cardio....and my hectic schedule which inevitably leads to booooooze. :evil: but i'm working on it ok? ;)

- grilled chicken with multigrain pasta

tre- no bus stories to tell as of late...but after the pirate party my cousin and i did look for his car for about an hour...i called it quits and walked home. he was trooper and finally found it at 4:30am...i think i left him around 3:45ish..kid is all heart and dedication i tell ya

yesterday's training

ok so i switched things up...again lol. i'm tired of the 3 day split whole body workout. i'm craving the soreness like i used to have so i went back to my old routine

mon - chest/back/abs
tues - legs/calves
wed - shoulders/abs
thurs- cardio
friday- arms/abs/calves

chest
- hammer strength 3x15,12,8
- cable cross overs 3x15,12,8
- machine presses 3x15,12,8
- dips 1xtf

back
- pull ups 3x12,12,10
- hammer strength 3x15,12,8
- rows 3x15,12,8
- rope pull overs 1x15

felt great really hitting the muscle group hard as opposed to teasing it with a few hard sets then hitting it 2 days from then again. today is legs...i'll prob do presses, extensions, lunges, and curls then finish with calves. i want to do like 10 minutes on ellipitical after...if my legs are fried i'll skip...if i can bear it i'll do it :)


todays diet

meal 1
- shake with 1/4 cup of oats
- green tea, 1 gluc, vits

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites

meal 3
- 6oz grilled chicken
- 3/4 cup of wild rice (only thing i notice is the sodium is a little high. only 1g of sugar and high in fiber...like 5g)
- 2 gluc

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO shake with 1/2 cup of oats...hopefully the woman brings home bananas tonight so i could throw them in there too :)

meal 5
- grilled chicken and green beans

macros should read around 2000 cals

I knnow what you mean about feeling them. Like I said to ck, that hurt sooooo good feeling, LOL.

Looks like a blast at the partee. Your finance looks sweet. The kind of girl you could have some fun with, I don't necessarily mean that in a dirty way. :verygood: Allthough that works, too, LOL. :p

ll- where the hell have you been?? no, no funny stories yet this week. i sort of have one but it's not that funny...just sort of ironic. when i have a little more time i'll mention it briefly

yesterday's training

legs
- leg presses 90x20, 180x15, 220x12, 270x8 ***my left knee felt ok...def sore today getting out of bed but as long as i don't overload on the weight and really concentrate on contraction and time under tension i think i will see some noticeable progress

- machine squats 4x of continous reps...i was getting like 18 at first and then my last set i think i got about 10...wasn't really counting. only rested about 30-45 secs in btwn sets. this machine is really helpful fpr my back as there is a back rest which stabiizes my lower back so there is no pain on the decent. my legs were fried after this...

-curls 2x15

- quad extensions 2x12

-db lunges 1x10

calves
- 2x20 on some shitty machine they have there. smith machine was taken so i couldn't use that. :(

abs
- leg raises superset w/ rope crunches 3x12-15

no cardio....

ok...well the lady that yelled at me on the shuttle bus was standing at the train station waiting for the bus to pick us up after work. now just like there is a line that forms at the apt building...there is one that forms at the path train except not as orgainzed beacuse there are people walking everywhere.

ok...so this line forms across the street from the train station....the shuttle bus makes continous runs dropping people off at the train and picking them up until 8:30pm. well the drop off is right at the train station....there is an overpass there so people like to stand there when it's raining and what not and the run across the street when they see the bus so their not standing in the pouring rain the whole time waiting.

ok so i tried to give you a good visual...line forms across the street to go home got it?? good......yesterday it was absolutely pouring and of course i didn't have an umbrella...so i waited under the over pass for the bus....and guess who is standing next to me...the dike of course. so we wait there for like 10 minutes...and then i see the van so i run across the street and wait in the unmerciful line of people anxiuosly awaiting to get in. we start to file in and i notice the dike is nowhere to be found.....i'm like wow that's weird....she's a big loser so i can't imagine she's cool enough to have friends to pick her up or anything like that. whatever i put that aside b/c that whore should not take up any of my thinking time...

so i hop in the van and who is in the front fawking seat??? THE DIKE!!!! i was like woah woah woah.....wtf?!?!?! this bitch yelled at me for waiting outside my building for the van where no one else was waiting and in my mind considered a seperate line....meanwhile this street walker decided hey it's raining and i don't have an umbrella....so i'm going to stand at the drop off point and have the van pick me up before it gets to everyone else.

did i let this slide??? of course not....i had to say somethign but i wanted to be tactful. when we got out of the van and inside the building we both checked our mail...i noticed it was aperfect opportunity to say something and let her have a taste of her own medicine...i honestly could have cared less if it was anyone else b/c that shit doesn't bother me...i'm not still in grammer school but since she yelled at me i wanted to let her know the score. so she closed her mailbox and i closed mine...i walked by her still completely drenched and said with a huge grin "wow...your pretty stealth to have dodged all those rain drops. look at me ...i'm soaked!" she said nothing and we parted ways....

more like vengeance then funny......but still log worthy i think
