ok...last night got home felt like shit. ended up not going to dinner b/c my allergies were killing me...didn't make it to the gym either and i had skipped a meal which was supposed to be tuna and oatmeal.
so i went from 1pm to 6pm without eating.....i needed to get those cals in fast so i could try and eat another meal later on that night. so i made 2 cans of chef boyardee which is about 900 cals

i took 2 gluc with it even though the carbs were over 120g

has anyone here taken more then 2 glucs at one time? i want to take 3 or 4 b/c of my huge meal but wasn't sure if that was a good idea.
anyway....feeling much better today...i def feel like i have drank way too much over the course of this diet and i have let myself feel guilt free for stuff i prob shouldn't be eating. i've been getting lazy with my cooking my meals and yesterday was the first day i missed a lifting day in the gym in about 6 months

i have to shape up and kick this diet into full gear. i weigh 179lbs up from 163 3 weeks ago....a large protion of that is fat and water which pisses me off. going to finish this week and then next week of lean bulking and then i hit it into a new gear and strip down to under 8%
