Ck...your awsome. Considering all the moving and tim eoff I see a big difference. Exspecially in the arms! Delts/tris lookin good NOt only that you seem to have lost some BF...your skin looks "tighter" if that makes sense.

I looked back at my first pictures, and yeah now I can see a difference. still a long way to go, but don't we all think that about ourselves. :rolleyes:

In the morning is fine. It's during the day when I get busy with other things. all of a sudden it's time for lunch, can't put it off, & I forgot my Glucorell. Or I've already started my cardio at the gym & I forgot my C.B.
I did have some C.B. just before I went to bed last night. Didn't affect me at all.

Well missed about everyday in the gym this week. Have to get used to the physical labor I do at work and get used to not having energy for the gym all the time. I dont think I will stay at this new job. To demanding and doesnt pay as well as I need it to for what they ask of me. I work to live not live to work.I have never had trouble getting a job but right now Detroit and the big 3 are going down the shitter.I gotta figure some shit out before I can go back to 100% at the gym and let alone diet.
