Jogging and Bodybuilding?

i don't know why some people are big on no running at all when trying to get bigger. i know some people who got big and always ran. the thing is, you should never run more than 3 miles. i think that no more than 2 miles would be best. you can always run shorter distance intervals too.
 
I run every other day, but I am a female who is trying to do more cardio and lose that extra bodyfat. I agree - don't run for more than 3 miles because it works against bulking up. Running definitely helps with definition because I tend to do more hills to add more leg definition and its been working.
