WTG on the walk and being 2/3 through recovery, Jens. Looking great too and that pic sent the shivers up the backs of my thighs!!!!!!

It felt good to be out & about!! My hips HURT when I got home, tho.....knee got a little stiff in the evening - but not a lot of pain, just a little....

2 tblsp. ANPB (and thus goes another jar!! LOL)
