Wow the flooding must be pretty bad over there. Mummsies is stuck overnight in the airport in Washington. No planes to CT until tomorrow and no trains either. :eek2:

Yep Alex it's horrible....my neighbor works about 15-20 mins away & it took her over 1 hour to get home.....The Northeast corridor for Amtrak is shut down.....it may stop tonite.....maybe....

Got pro-shoot?? :lmao:
 
I'm so glad to hear from you! You know what is great and I made for my sisters in Texas...Yum yum...i just cooked...I was so good with my diet! Back to s¡ze two shorts...
I made the shrimp tostadas...(Dry baked tortilla do not confuse with cold tortilla)..I am so descriptive because I have no idea if you have them in Delaware...
You have tostadas...I hope you can get them...
and you spread some mayo on them...add cooked shrimp, enough to cover the tostada, then you add some sliced avocado and chopped cilantro...salt and ground pepper.
Sauce to drizzle with...soy sauce...low sodium...mixed with lime juice LOL,& mixed with hot sauce of your preference....and man oh man...we could open a deli...

We do have tortillas yes....I buy the whole wheat kind then bake it lightly in the toaster oven till crisp, then top it with stuff......Your shrimp idea sounds good!! I also like to spread on some BBQ sauce, chopped chicken, red onion & cheese.... YUM!! :p

Can you get balsamic vinegar down there?? I like to pour some in a pot & lightly simmer until reduced & thick & use that to drizzle on meats, etc....
 
I love balsamic vinegar on raw spinach, sliced stawberries a TBSP raw oats, sliced almonds, and sweet and low or splenda, a pinch of salt...yum yum! The toaster idea for the tortillas is the best, just like coffee temaperature never fails on machines...LOL
