8 Cycles -- Run @ 2% incline @ 6.2 mph 2 mins
Alternate w/walking @ 4 mph 2 mins
Cool down ~ 8 mins

Abs
Decline Bench Crunch w/25lb Plate -- 15, 15, 20 reps
Leg Raises on Decline Bench (head in up position) -- 15, 15, 20 reps

HR monitor shows 470 cals burned

10:30am
PWO Shake: ~ 1/4 cup sliced strawberries, 1.5 scoops ON Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder + 8oz water + 2 tblsp Coffeemate French Vanilla

Drove to tanning.....

11:45am
1 Turkey Burger Patty + 1 slice Kraft FF cheese
Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 4 whites, peppers & broccoli
1 Diet Pepsi
5oz Fuze Slenderize Cranberry Raspberry drink

2pm-ish
1 Diet Ginger Ale
3oz. Hormel Canned Chicken Breast + 1/4 oz sliced almonds + 4 pickle slices
Green Salad with: lettuce, tomatoes, peppers & onions
2 tblsp Kraft CarbWell Ranch mixed with vinegar
1 piece off a LowCarb chocolate bar
1 Calcium Chew

Green salad with light dressing, Feta cheese, hot peppers & pancetta
Entree: Pork tenderloin, spinach & potatoes
Dessert: Split with hubby: Brownie with ice cream (he ate the ice cream)
1 Coffee Drink: Decaf + Frangelico + Bailey's + Whipped Cream

Walked home -- ~ 30 mins (about 14 city blocks)

Have NO idea what this would add up to in Fitday....

Seated Dips: 110lbs -- 3x8
Close Grip EZ-Bar Curls: 25lbs Added To bar -- 3x8
Pushdowns on Cable Rack: 80lbs -- 1x10; 90lbs -- 1x8, 1x10

Walk to Tanning; 26mins
