Treadmill -- 10 mins -- Ran for about 5 mins @ 6mph (Had a Bunny moment)
HR monitor showed 563 cals burned

PWO shake: 8oz. skim milk + 1.5 scoops Choc. Protein Powder + ice

Grocery Shopping -- Left HR monitor on -- total shows 774 cals burned

2pm
1 Turkey Burger Patty + 1 slice FF Cheese
Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 5 whites, spoonful of bell pepper & jalapenos
1 Diet 7UP

Scrip + 1 Tums EX

3:15pm
1 serving (8oz) Fuze Healthy Infusions Slenderize "Juice"

2 tblsp Low Carb Ranch Dressing
3/4 of a High Fiber Flat Bread baked with bell peppers, jalapenos & cheese
1 glass Red Wine (8oz glass)
1 pouch (1 serving) Entemann's Brownie Bites

6:40pm
2 Glucorell

7pm
1 Serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM mix....Blech!

8pm
Some trail mix....
