1 Tums antacid (for the calcium) + scrip

Errands (driving)....

3 oz BumbleBee Tuna (pouch)
1 tblsp. FF mayo + 4 slices pickle + 1/2 oz bell pepper + 3/4 oz celery
1 Diet 7UP

1 serving Gluc/Chon/MSM blend (liquid) :worried:

It's not as bad today..... that happened on my 3rd time tanning..... I'm tanning for the ATL trip cuz I'm so ghostly white I'm clear!! :lmao:

Haven't decided yet.....the one I would do is in Sept so I have time....I figured the one in June was cutting it too close....

***Noticed just now that I'm feeling a little better after having some extra carbs today. The sweet tater really helped. Was in a fog, lethargic & felt blah all day. Usually a Stacker wires me -- today = no effect.

****Oh and I'm starting to see a "hint" of abs -- like they want to come out & are trying to....
