Step Ups: 20lb DBs -- 3x20 each leg (OMG!! These were a Killer!!)
Angled Seated Calf Raises: 160 -- 4x12
Leg Press: 180lbs -- 1x10; 200lbs -- 1x8, 1x10

Walked down to Iron Hill Brewpub.....
Ate: SW Grilled Chicken Salad: Romaine + Iceberg lettuces, pico de gallo, avocado, jalapenos, cheese, crispy tortilla crisps (pushed off to the side) + chipotle ranch dressing (got it on the side & only dipped)

Walked from there to the shops & then to the B-ball game....didn't stay....walked home
