Walk from tanning to gym -- 20 mins
Legs
Squats: Warmup: 40lbs -- 1x8, 1x10; 70lbs -- 1x8, 1x10, 1x12
(Weights listed are pounds added & don't include the bar weight)
SLDLs : 70 -- 3x8 (weight listed doesn't include the bar)
Step Ups: 20lb DBs -- 3x20 each leg (OMG!! These were a Killer!!)
Angled Seated Calf Raises: 160 -- 4x12
Leg Press: 180lbs -- 1x10; 200lbs -- 1x8, 1x10

(Was going to do Cardio after legs but couldn't after those step ups!!)

1:40 -- Walk home, 27 mins
HR monitor shows 560 cals burned :google:

PWO shake: 1 cup skim milk + 1/2 cup water + 1.5 scoops Choc. Protein Powder

1 Gluc/Chondroiten

3:15pm
Walked down to Iron Hill Brewpub.....
Ate: SW Grilled Chicken Salad: Romaine + Iceberg lettuces, pico de gallo, avocado, jalapenos, cheese, crispy tortilla crisps (pushed off to the side) + chipotle ranch dressing (got it on the side & only dipped)
Few of hubby's french fries

Walked from there to the shops & then to the B-ball game....didn't stay....walked home

May 2nd cont'd....

Can't sleep -- so got up & had: ~ 1/2 cup trail mix (nuts & raisins)

Still hungry....

12:40am -- Took an Endocet....I hurt! :(

Guessing on the totals today a little, but here goes: 1772 cals, 76g fat/40% (22g sat, 14g poly, 27g mono), 121g carb/24%, 16g fiber, 157g protein/36%

Combo of Walk/Jog Home -- 40 mins
HR monitor shows 373 cals burned

2 Tblsp Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Large green salad (lettuce, tomatoes, 5 olives, cucumbers)

1 Slice Jalapeno bread + 1 pat butter

Handful of trail mix

8:15pm -- Pure Pilates Video, 20 mins

Totals: 1778 cals, 60g fat/32% (14g sat, 13g poly, 22g mono),
138g carb/28%, 22g fiber, 171g protein/40%
