Flat Bench Press: Warm-up with bar: 2x15 w/bar alone; 50lbs -- 1x8; 60lbs -- 1x8, 1x8 (lbs listed is weight added to bar, not including bar weight)
Incline DB Press: 35lb DBs -- 1x8; 40lb DBs -- 1x7 (needed assistance and couldn't get the movement); 35lb DBs -- 2x8
Incline Flyes: 25lb DBs -- 3x12
Cable Crossovers: 50lbs each side -- 2x10, 1x9

V-Ups w/4kg Ball: 3x20
Incline Situps w/4kg ball on Decline Bench: 2x12

Walk Home -- 30 mins
HR monitor shows 320 cals burned

~ 2:30pm
4.625oz chicken breast
2 Tblsp Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Takeout Greek Salad (lettuce, 6 black olives, cucumber, peppers, Feta)
1 Diet Pepsi

1/3 cup FF/SF Chocolate Pudding + 2 Tblsp FF Cool Whip

**Cleaned stove, bathroom & vacuumed....

184g carb/38%, 170g protein/38%
