**feeling crampy, so no gym today most likely....

Shrugs: 40lb DBs in each hand -- 1x12, 1x15, 1x15

Walk to tan (#2) then walked home -- 1 hour total approx.
HR monitor shows 239 cals burned
(which isn't correct cuz it didn't work the whole way home)

~ 3/4 cup TJs Nasi Goreng rice mix
~ 6 battered shrimp (homemade -- dipped in bread batter)
Noshed on a few of hubby's french fries
